It was a very hard call to make, some of you offered fantastic deals, and upon requesting better resolutions of your offers , i was able to better ascertain the deals involved.
To choose the bid, i had to take in account many factors since direct KU/CTP wasn't the ultimate highest offers
As such, despite a heroic offer DJSAIX, a gentleman from Home One legion who has been accommodating and generous all the way, i will accept the offer laid out and clarified by Turtlegod, Co-leader of DFA.
I sincerely thank you for all you guys and girls inputs .. it has been a pleasure working with you and fantastic to see people mixing it up with payments showing you're not limited by one factor or another.
This is my second auction and though it may take a little bit, more planets will no doubt be on their way, incase it hasnt been noticed, only higher grade planets make my auctions so i hope you can await my next one.

This 1st post will no doubt be edited a lot, as a responce to interests and queries .. OK, lets go!
This is my first planet in game, it was a much smaller, much weaker Terra but as my 1st has had a lot of attention, QSE's, enhancers and all, even a name change (matches my ingame name!) .. its up for grabs for the best bidder
Though its strongest in Research, it can cope respectably with Mining and Artifact output
KU/CTP/Warehouses/Planet fluxes all considered though items may have differing values to some people
Paying off your bill in installments then having planet handed over is open to consideration, as is paying off bill by donating energy to my level 4 base (5 energy is 1CTP value - see bottom of post for details!) But because of the delayed full payment a outright payment may have more favour, but if a part payment is agreed as good enough, it may win!
If the bid exceeds a reserve i will throw in a free name change to whatever you choose (nothing too naughty though
) before handing it over, a GP item to personalise it to suit you

Restrictions
1) You MUST come to my legion (or send someone to claim it depending on your abilities/circumstances)
2) There is 2 reserves
a) Minimum price (of CTP equivalent) must be passed ... 5200CTP
b) Name change if 2nd reserve is passed after the 1st ... 5800CTP
(NOTE: If the bidding exceeds 8000CTP a batch of 88 Time Manipulators will be thrown in the deal .. these have a bare minimum value of over 880CTP and have often seen sold for over 1000CTP equivalent!)
3) Payment 1st .. planet send immediately after .. this is game ettiquette standard and i have a lot to lose whereas my names all the forum here stating im selling it so i cant escape it
Handover will be as clean as possible, i will remove all people from my legion for the entire time of share to absolutely minimise risks with share
Planet will be purged after you colonise
There is NO other scans apart from me on this planet, once its taken, and i purge, only you will have the scan
Abandon (method of taking planet) will only occur at a time both of us are online at the same time to help facilitate trade smoothly.
I will do all i can to ensure trade over is clean and fluid.

While picking up planet, i am currently paying 1CTP per 5 energy for donations to my Level 3 (almost level 4) base ... so if you wish to/or are able, to contribute while there, feel free and its almost like getting cashback

This deal opens the ability to buy in installments, as a potential buyee has offered. He has offered to work off 6000CTP worth of energy donations to my base (level 4 by the time sale will go through) which is a method im not writing off, im open to it so even if you cant afford outright, you may bid a "installment scheme" (this would need a certain value of energy a day standard, failure to make payments repeatedly may cause loss of handover and revoking of current to date funds ... this can be discussed no problem)
