Its difficult for new players, particularly when trying to figure out where to get their next upgrade from. The CTP store will offer free transactions to kur (up to 100 kur) for new players or will purchase a _single_ artifact at my current selling(not buying!) rate. Since may new players often are unaware of the forums, I will also accept transactions on their behalf from their legion leaders.
