700 ku? The planet isn't worth that much to me, so I don't think we could work out a deal on that one. :-)

I could also use green badges. If you agree to swap it 10 times, I could leave it in your possession at the end. I don't know what your invasion cost is at, it could possibly be more expensive, but you would also get green badges out of this

That would cost me 2,812,160,000 give or take.

The 700 Ku would cost me 1,051,540,700.

The badges, however, would give me 227.47 extra invasion attack. Hrmm.. Let me think about this.

( Unless, of course, someone comes along and offers me enough Ku / CTP / EM to make it worth selling the planet to them. ;) :P )
