I've got no melters left so ill take it(if no one properly bids) and it will be a reasonably decent planet. nothing more. but it has potential.
I placed a bid...one in which accounts for the fact I would have to use several terraformers, a melter, 28 interspacial folders, 3 magnetospheres and a TFO to make this planet good.
as is though 1k ctp for "potential" and a stealth screen...no thanks. I have one VL on my scans I an take whenever I want and 2 avg in my control.
