as title say's do legion still buy energy if so whats the stander rate

I sell energy (for base dumps), and I've got buyers currently, so yes. I'm charging 1 ku per energy (but with bulk discounts and options to pay with EM or CTP also).

I quoted 15,000 ctp per 1,000,000 energy (before any bulk discount), but no one has ever actually paid in ctp. Typically, the same buyer is also looking for ctp himself for the base upgrade.
