Looking to buy an artifact planet that is at least VL UR preferably icy, but really doesn't matter.
I am a rank 24 so I don't have any CTP, however, I could supply you with a storage tower/planet flux/other sendable GP item.

You can't get a VL UR natural Icy Planet, the maximum you can get from an Icy is VL ER.

That would work as well, though like I said, it doesn't have to be icy, but would be nice

Not a waste at all, that planet could very well become a MC 17x, or 20-22x.....not a waste at all.
