Highest offer so far is 400 CTP, but due to unforseen circumstances, the trade fell through.

Auction lasts for 1 week, or buy instantly for 100 more than the current highest bid.

I'll offer 200ctp and the share of an UNOCCUPIED Average Oceanic w/ rich artifact, and the share of an unoccupied average Toxic w/ very rich mining. I can also offer kur and EM (i know you said ctp only, but I have a lot of EM and Kur, if you want it).

NOTE: this is to buy it right away, I'm not bidding, I want to buy the planet immediately.

Would you consider 300 CTP and the oceanic? Don't need another toxic, but the oceanic sounds good.
