It's a sale, pure and simple. Think of it like a used car lot. The merchandise is clearly displayed for anyone who may be interested, but the price is not pre-determined. If you have a serious offer to make, it will be considered. It is not however a serious offer to offer 2 or 3 KU for an entire inventory of artis.
