it is, but that was an example, I was just saying that a low(20-40) lv player wont have as much planets as a high(200+) lv player.
Hence there invasion cost will only be like 500,000 credits or so.

What mariusember said is correct. Invading a rank 9001's planet won't raise or lower cost. Colonizing a planet after abandon is 1/2 invasion cost.

what he is saying is that colonizing your 20th planet costs way less than colonizing your 200th. so if they are low level that would mean that they wont own as many planets meaning that the cost would be much lower. if say a rank 10 did this as like their third planet it would only cost about 16,000 to invade but if they were rank 70 and this would be their 15th planet the invasion cost would be around 5.5million. and it goes up exponentially from there.
