Would it be considered ok to sell badge structures on planets? Like, Bob comes into my legion, I share him a crap planet. He leaves, I take the planet from him, drop a few chassis on it, and let him take it back. He plucks them with build extractors. Somewhere in this I get paid for it. Sound reasonable?

It works, don't see it much as the cost involved can get prohibitive(Who ever is buying has had to pay for a colonization, an invasion, and the GP to abandon a crappy planet.). You do however see people doing with good planets and very rare or GP artis like the QSE.
