or a demon or (hydroshifted barren) ocean that potentially has had as few as 4 crystals applied
or an irradiated, crystal, gaia, or (melted icy) ocean that potentially has had as few as 3 crystals applied

looks like pricing could vary quite a bit depending on the planet's origins
