First off, I need to know how much these are worth before making an offer. Second, I'm willing to pay in Political Favor and EM. CTP I don't have any of.

they go for 600-900 ctp, avg 700 :)

thats how much they get bought for. the starting bid is usually 450 ctp ;)
EDIT:or is it 650?

yeah i know and the starting bit is never 450, if youve seen one like that and prove it i'll slap myself, post it on youtube and post the link on the forum :P

so an an average offer is about 700-800 ctp or the equilvalent :)
