Sounds like this thread was made for Pirates of the Cove. Not sure about these "gypsies" as they are supposed to be dishonest and tricksters. ("Gypped" is another word for swindled, after all.)

Pirates of the Cove is very honest. We keep our word (once given) until the other guy breaks it, then we ravage, an pillage, and loot. (Of course we pilfer and plunder an don't dive a hoot, as well.) That we rarely align with anyone just means more targets of opportunity, and less all out wars.
