I've been trying to get my own Legion growing, sadly enough the only member that has joined, seems to have stopped playing. I am an active player, at least one twice a day. I am of Rank 18. We can merge into yours or I can just disband mine since no one wants to join it and come into yours.

Yes a new officer/leader will be put into position depending on the legion.
And the Rank 10 is a Personal friend of one of our leaders in our sister legion. Very Trustworthy and loyal he says hehe. Im not in Adepts at the moment.
