Post subject:  Phoenix Rising
We are looking for members of all types.
To join:
*Click here to submit an application.
*You must be at least level 25.
*It is requested but not mandatory to have at least a balanced combat reputation.
Rules:
*Multi-accounts will be barred from entry and immediately removed when discovered.
*Anyone found inactive for 2 weeks will be kicked unless mentioned beforehand.
*To alert an opposing ship, they must have multiple aggressions against you, and you must state what they have done to warrant the alert.
*If a planet alert specifies a specific member, only that member should be allowed to take it unless mentioned otherwise in the chat.
*Members will be given only one warning, and any repeated transgressions are cause for immediate removal.
Benefits:
*We have a level 6 base with a Repair Bay, Shield Charging Station, 3 Embassies, 3 Command Beacons, a Commerce Bay, a Collective Theory Lab, and a Universal Service Terminal.
*There will be frequent planet, NPC, and artifact shares (and is strongly suggested that members do so as well).
*Questions concerning the game will be answered as quickly as possible.
*Those who earn my trust may become officers, and all officers deserve respect from all members.
*Officers are given a weighted opinion in main legion decisions, including the promotion of new officers.
*Our CTL discoveries are: DM79 Datacenter, Spy Probe - Governance, Hypergate Upgrade, Gravimetric Flume, Astrobiology Ward, Phasic Chain-Ionizer, Thermionic Intensifier, Resonance Inhibitor, Aegis Capacitor, Domain Walker, Polychoron Vault, Recondite Intruder, Velox Thruster, Flux Probe - Tracer, Isolation Bureau, Hypersensor Satellite, Crux Amplifier, and Galactic Concord Station.

Requesting smaller legions to merge with. The founder (or core leader if the founder is no longer in the legion) will be given an honorary officer position. We have space for 12 more members to join.

In Phoenix Rising, planets are a liquid asset. If you can take it back, it's yours. If you can't, it's ours.
Same thing if your legion takes a planet from us. If we can take it back, it's ours. If we can't, it's yours.
