Independent States Allied Forces is ready to start taking over. Now we may not be the best of the bunch that's for sure but we are ready to take on the challenge to advance beyond our low ranking status. We just need a member who says "I need a good legion and I am active and ready to take on the galaxy." We need an I.S.A.F. member. remember the Talon Company Vs. Dragon Empire war? We were one of the legions involved. We took on a small share of DE Members and we even got one to join our legion. So look around at all the other legions and ask yourself "Are all these other legions as good and forgiving as ISAF?" well my friend I'll answer that right now. "No there not. And I almost for got to mention that we are also looking for anyone who needs that extra friend out there so we are all also requesting NAP's from lower or higher legions. Or you will end up like these poor souls. Independent States Allied Forces Sereno

Ohhhh look at all the pretty colors. I'll join this legion.... Oh wait. Any way in a more serious matter. ISAF has done this and I have seen this happen. Taken some Rank five rookie and forge them into a fearsome fighter piolt. For there rank. Its one of those people who are involved in one of those Rank1 Vs. Rank99 and Rank one wins. Communications division is now online. With the add of the new Update (Thanks to the developer) other legions (Officer only) can now communicate with ISAF. With out the need of the forum.
