-Advice and guidance on ship-building and improving your reputation

You are correct there are 21 (I hope I got that right this time). I copied an old recruitment post for The Diamond Lance and did not catch that error. Or maybe it was so old there were only 19 at the time of the post. Thanks for the catch.
