Looking to join any legion to gain Eureka Medal...prefer a current max of 6 CT Lab discoveries

Rank 132 looking for this... errm. TBH I know many rank 1000+ who don't have it yet. I was 1200 when I finally got this and after starting my own legion. A few lucky low ranks (300ish) got their medals as well.
So best bet for you at this low rank would be to start your own legion, and build up a lab yourself. You don't have much to lose at your low rank, if it's a legion of 1, planet protection wouldn't be a huge deal.
Otherwise the chances are not looking good.

while you at it take a peek at Obsidian Order

My legion Peacekeeper of navarone has very few discovery's, regardless of your rank you are welcome to try here. were also a research legion so you will get a res boost to help you along with your discovery

I got mine at Peacekeepers (of Navarone), you could try there, very nice bunch of people there
