 looking for a base with few CT discoveries

Post looking for a base with few CT discoveries
basically as the title says

I'm looking for a base to do a CT discovery or 2 in, just to finish a quest
preferably under 5 discoveries would be grand

Come to Imperium of Legends, level 5 research base and we're only 5 days old so we have 0 discoveries

Imperium of Legends! No discoveries, as none of us are loyal yet. We would be an easier option than most to get your discoveries done.
