Mid-high ranked ships but yet you must be 100+ in rank? Looks like your okay with anyone including low ranks.

considering there are more people rank 100-800 than there are rank 1k+ i set my bar based on them. mostly because all those ultra high ranked guys already have legions and usually are not looking for a new one.
