The Thanksgiving Day Massacre

This morning 5 legions, The Galaxy Desperados, The Dark Side, Project Anarchy, Paladins, Crusaders, declared war on the Dysonians.

We believe that for too long their power has been allowed to grow unchecked. That within the current rules of the game, supergroups are allowed and in a way encouraged that put everyone else at risk.

We are not here to argue the past actions or experiences of any one group or player in this game. This is not a judgement on any one player's actions or past. We merely state that the Dysonians are too powerful and must be brought down.

As of this morning we have succesfully invaded between 9 and 12 Dysonian planets. We will continue to invade their planets. We invite you to do the same. The Dysonians do not have the power to attack every one of us. The more of their planets we take, the less power they have.

We are here to ask that all of you join us and invade any Dysonian planets you may have scanned. If you are unable to take a planet please let us know and you will be allowed to join a group and share that planet so that someone else may take it.

Nice! Thank you.. More victims to throw to us. The merrier it'll be because PVP is dumbed down too much that it is kinda "boring" against just 1 legion. Since you managed to get more legions into the conflict.. That'll give us something to do and have fun than before. Thank you Zhorgul. I strive for blood and combat full time. You answer my wishes for long time.. I actually hoped for more legions to be involved but I don't want to start attacking everyone because it's not my way. But you got several legions to join in to fight us that gives us nice reason to fight back. Thanks again. That'll give me EXCELLENT opportunity to recruit elitest PVP players who aren't afraid to fight to replace defected members if there ever happens.. I knew few powerful PVP players who wanted to join us before but I put them on the wait list because my legion was just full. Now, that might present good opportunity to them to join during the state of war.. This war would help to re-shape Dysonians into better lean machine for both PVP and NPC at the same time by some changes in membership. Now, we can have fun on BOTH NPCs and PCs at once..

Would be nice to add PVP legion stats in the legion PVP leaderboard to see the progress of all legions involved.

Now, it seems that I can attack anybody in battle tab rather than being very careful and choose very few enemies out of many.. Now, easier life to fight..

To Dysonians.. DO NOT ATTACK non-GD players from other 6 legions UNLESS they attack you first. Not all of them will join in. Just fight those who are interested in helping GD.. That's it..

To any serious high ranked PVP players (who also loves to kill NPCs) who wants to join Dysonians. Just fbmail me and I will interview you and put you on wait list ready to join. Your application will be kept confident and ready to defect other Legions when our spot opens up. Your application will be put higher priority over non-PVP players who are also on wait list due to state of war we are in.

Just a word of warning, we have quite a few planets scanned that we have not invaded out of respect for certain people and/or legions. If you join in these attacks, those planets are forfeit.

Yep, correct bob. If any of those legions join in the conflict first, we have right to capture their planets. I HAVE LOT of nice enemy planets waiting to invade for LONG time. Lol. Otherwise, don't invade their planets if they stay out. We have to focus on those involved parties ONLY..

Yep! Just us alone against entire GL basically. I feel very quited honored by their perspective about Dysonians' superiority. I definitely will DIE more often but that'll just motivate me to get stronger quicker than normal. And re-specialize myself into pure PVP route..

I will suggest that if you are attacked by a Dysonian, you not fight back. It only encourages them.

Also at their level, the cost of invading is VERY expensive as are the costs of building new structures. Eventually attrition will thin out their energy and resources.

The most that they can do is disable you. In a day or so you will fall off their news log and they won't be able to bother you anymore.

This is not about fighting them, this is about changing the way the game is played.

Only problem with that is, we aren't attacking anyone who isn't attacking us lol. The worst we can do is hack a planet out of you, not just disable you.

what kind of crap is that Declare WAR then advise not to attack makes no sense at all .

Too many people in those legions that Zhorgul stated are our friends (who won't fight us at all) and many are not PVP players. GD is being badly defeated by us since the start of the war to the point that they needed help from other legions but many won't join in at all but more the merrier however. We are looking for any PC alerts like rabid dogs like we do to NPCs and swarm them and empty out their restrictions then move on to next alert..

I am writing down all list of PCs who joined in the conflict and they are fair game for us to fight including planets.. I am opening up Dysonians FB site for first time cuz legion comm can't provide ample communication tool for this war including lists of all names who got involved then we can fight them all we want during the war.. If we managed to get 15x Exotica off GD then we can stop the war unless 7 legions want to continue then that'll be all good either way.

I expected your answer Noci, no problem. You are happy, and I am as well I think, not for the same reasons tho. I even have to admit that this lil war woke up many members of GD, we took some time to organise better etc.

If only you had a bit more human qualities I think I would even have joined you.

I also know from the beginning you made this move in order to recruit high ranked players. There are other alternatives than Dysonians for good pvp so I hope recruiting some as well.

Does this mean that we can pound them as many times as we want and they won't say anything about it since they where the ones who claimed war on us now?? AWESOME this will be great on our stats.

You DO realize that i have Personal Non Aggression Pacts and Do Not Attack Agreements with most of the people Actively Playing Galaxy Legion - yes/no?
Several of those agreements cover LEGIONS with just ONE agreement Holder in it (Zample - Crusaders/Paladins of Galaxy Legion, Kaos being the NAP holder)
People on my Friends List (PSIcore for example)
Former Disciples of Orion or Nocturnal Order members, Current Republic of Nova members Galaxy Desperados Members (I had to declare Neutral in this week's war ) etc etc

I have ZERO interest in PVPing anyone but Cyber.

So if y'all don't mind i'd prefer to opt out of this one folks.

P.S. - Now that i look at it, the only people NOT on it to my certain knowledge is Cyberathiest and Baltar (i don't attack Baltar anymore, i have no reason to)
P.S.S. - I wish to formally and sincerely apologize for the mis click raid on one Galaxy Desperados Legion member.
If you tell me who you are i'll send back the 501 minerals, i thought i was attacking Cyber at the time.

One Last Note - Beware of making blanket statements about any legion.
I know for a fact that there are at LEAST 2 of my legion who have no interest in PVP, me being one.
Before someone makes the usual statement "Then why don't you leave and join another legion!?! blah blah blah, ad nauseum"
No Thanks, I like my current legion members and have no wish to change.
