With a ship strength to rank ratio of 35 or better
Who are active, chatty and friendly (this is the most important part)

We don't believe in dictatorship
Sharing a planet makes the other player stronger, which in turn makes the legion stronger, which means you are stronger.
Short and easy rules to keep things fair for everyone
We dont cause trouble and get into wars much, but we will fiercly defend our own when attacked
Multiple leaders and officers in different timezones, so there is always leadership on.
