i am a leader of fleet of retribution we currently have a lvl 3 base working on lvl 4 its only 1 moth 3 weeks old. we have 44 people 98% active 1 person is on vacation. im offering us to be a training legion for them. i have over 2 years of EXP. All that i will need in return is to send me matter and CTP and lower ranks so we could train them get them bigger and send it your way.
