You'll have much more success if your 10 members put recruitment messages on other ship comms, than posting here.

That won't work, non legion members are rare at my rank, and the majority of us.

At your level there are a ton of players joining legions with friends who end up quitting. Then the legion dies (as yours has) and they quit. If you want members, look for players in a legion that is not full - one with perhaps 10 players (like yours) and invite them over.

Don't use Officer chat, that won't work. Just post on comms. No-one in the forums is going to leave their full legion to join yours - except in short term charity type cases.
