Imminent Genesis would probably be the highest, Gyspy doesn't slack off bringing in people so it's full most of the time |

Gypsy is a good leader. I'm currently vacationing there and like the dynamic and morale his legion has. Was just curious if anyone had been able to make it past the lvl 6 threshold. |

Ah, the side thought of the Imperium War College... Never been hideously fond of research legions but sometimes it doesn't hurt to give people what they want. Trade school guy myself.
