We'd love to have you at the Invisible Storm. Our base isn't level 6 quite yet, but it's most of the way there and progressing apace. We have players around both of your ranks, so you'd both have support on NPCs. At the weekends, we battle level 5 bases along with our battle pact partner. Currently, the base pays out 25k a day, every day, although we will have 1 week of % contribution upon reaching level 6 before it returns back to the normal equal production. Speaking of the base, it's rarely disabled which means that your payout is consistent, and can even be more than a level 6 which gets disabled all the time.

We have no NAPS (except for our battlepact allies during joint base battles), which means you're free to PvP as you wish.

Fun we certainly do have, which is helped out by our lack of restrictive rules. You can really do what you like, s'long as it's not overly douchebaggy. Really, all I mean by that is don't go around pissing people off on the comms. You wanna old-school? Be my guest. Just don't be a #$&*$# in the comms, and if we tell you not to attack someone further - don't.

As for whether leadership thinks that they're above rules, we have as little divide between officers, leaders and members as possible, but other than that it would be vein of me to try and make myself out to be one way or the other. Our lack of general rules kinda makes it hard to break our rules.
