As for the other issue, well thats just plain stupid..... if anybody fell for that trick then they almost deserved it to happen.... why the hell would he not just make his own legion and work at making it happen like the rest of us do

you do realize that i built the third level 5 base in this game alone and the way i run a level 5 base produces and extra 3m points at 50 people would have been half a trillion a day had you joined me back then

basically i took off all the crap and had the base deliver art res and mineral i asked them all to join and they all laughed at me
at level 5 that june it would have meant 2.5m res 2.5 art and 1m mineral a day instead everyones base was making 3m art or research but it would have paid for 4 heavy quais a day with only a minor difference in art i have pretty much been playing the game alone since mocked as there ships got better and better and i sat in a legion by myself for the last several years

what they chose to do was bad management of leadership that cost all there legions incredible amount of resources at this point in the game its really trivial but back then for 95% of players it was tremendous

basically there leaders were so fracking game rich they didn't care and i told them i wouldn't buy the extenders and crap unless they made me a leader they told me to go to hell since it was less than an hour difference to them as the leaders of the game
it wasn't so for alot of the other players they were recruiting and still to this day noone runs a base like me most of there special slots taken up with garbage that really has no use matter of fact its rather funny cause i am the only one in the game with a base that gives all 3 resources over saving 3 badges and having 10 extra members serious here is the frackin hillarious to save 9 red badges a day among 60 of the best red badgers in the game you guys are fracking complete and total idiots just plain retarded but they were like hell no i want every mod in the game on my base just like i want every mod in the game on my ship
there guys could pull 9 badges in less than 5 minutes and 10 extra people actually gives you less resources per person mathematically

they never got over this level 150 demanding leadership in there top ten legions never not evern 2 and half years later
