Yeah I doubt you'll be entering anywhere on the leaderboard and be instantly promoted, you have to truly show commitment and make yourself a benefit to the legion with every login for quite some time before you even get mentioned. Depending on your Ship strength, (attack+defence) I can find you a position within the Infinity franchise, but no promotions until you've proven yourself...

you'll have to prove yourself like billik said. if your willing to put in time and effort The Transformers will gladly welcome you to our ranks. if you prove yourself worthy a officer promotion may be in your future

Similar to what Billik said, you would be welcome to visit The Sith Lords, but you would not be promoted to Officer or Leader upon joining. You would have to prove that you have the experience and the dedication to obtain the position.

If you want to be a leader in a "new legion preferably a strong legion" you could always make a legion yourself, since you are a "Strong Experienced player "
Otherwise join an established legion and work yourself up to officer.

Try Icariums Fate, were going to be level 6 within 3-4 weeks, were not on the leaderboard yet, bet were climbing towards it at an alarming rate.
officer position will be rewarded to you if you prove to be a CHATTY and helpful player. leadership position is to be determined following a few different criteria. since it depends on different things, i wont list them here.

I'm sorry but officers and leaders are hand picked people who have shown great skills in different areas of legion management

Since you are just about a complete unknown in the galaxy, please take some time to become familiar with a legion before expecting a leadership role

Come give Subspace Alpha a try, we have a lvl 6 base that gives out 51k of artifacts per person. we are currently ranked 24th on the legion leaderboard.
