 Im a rank 105 konqul excavator insane master, im in a fairly good legion but wondering what others can offer me?

Delta Surfers has a level 6 base producing ~ 50k arty per day. We are VERY chatty, with lots of experienced players. Sharing everything with 3 bases per day, tons of elites, and planets. Try us, you'll love it!

Well, I can offer you a few legions I have sen recently that seem to be doing really well.
There is the Gentlemen's club which looks extremely friendly and active but at the cost of base production. You can go with The Terranian Armada which can help you with tactics and stuff for the future. There is Storms Torrent or the other SA groups which would give you great PVP abilities. Personally, I would avoid those extremely high level legions and go for groups closer to your rank as then you will have plenty NPCs and such for you but for the cost of that high level legion base output and high money for you. That is why if you want the best of both worlds then Delta Alliance is a great place as well as TA. These both have high level players and decent bases (I have gotten confirmation from TA's leader Shortwave that they are leveling up their base by the end of the month) while still having a lot of players near your rank that can alert NPCs The choice really is whether you would like an extremely active legion with one of the leaders who is actually in the top 50 kills leaderboard at the sacrifice of a few weeks of less base production or a slightly less active legion with a very well known leader and an already level 6 base. Future of Infinity can offer a level 5 base, putting out around 22k research and 7k arti per day to each member, as well as the support and interaction with two leaderboard legions (Lords [8th] and Legends of Infinity[19th]), and two other sister legions (Sons of Infinity and Ancient Untouchables). We get regular base scans or shares, and a fair few NPC shares too. PM me if interested!
