I highly would not reccomend Dragon Empire. Their sister legion Dragon Empire 2 had a guy who kept hacking me.
So I kept disabling him. I got alerted. Im rank 23 and I took down 5 of them even ranks over 100. Mostly full of newbies
who can't fight battles with way lower ranks.
