Limited (like 3, well maybe 4, ok 5 if we stick the base thingy back on) places are available for someone with tenacity, raw animal magnetism and basic hygiene skills in a legion that is super serious about going somewhere*.

With half our legion over rank 200, Red Dwarf is looking for you.... if by 'you' we mean someone who likes to have a bloody good time in the game, possesses a fine sense of humor, is of sufficient rank, is a kind and gentle soul, knows the implicit GL rules of fair play, likes pina coladas, getting caught in the rain..... and is a regular player. In fact, that's pretty much the only policy we have remotely remembered to stick to - we let inactive players go after a really extended grace period, and after having formed a collective, argued back and forth, then got "orders signed in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public enquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as fire lighters."

Seriously, and much to our complete surprise, we've been a top 50 legion pretty much ever since there was a top 50 legion list, we have a soon to be level 5 base, and while we are quite proud of all that it's almost incidental to us having a really good time in this game. You can be PvP, NPC, planet stealer, missionier, raider, base smasher, or just hang out for a chat and a cuppa if you want to. We don't want your first born (in fact I recently booted mine from the Dwarves because he was being just SUCH a teenager!**), we just want you to be an active part of what's going on, help your fellow members, and have a chat on the comm when you're on.

So if you think you have what it takes, you know where to find us.

you can join Red Dwarf sublegion (Starbug), we have all possible pacts signed, we share base fights, and Red Dwarf helps if we are't so powerful as we would like to be (but hopefully YOU will help us to become stronger)

at the moment we are working on 4 lvl for base, base bonuses are divided regardlesly even between legion members.

One other major advantage to joining Red Dwarf is that you don't have to worry about the notorious Ninja Pirates sneaking up on your defenseless planets and scurrying off with them in the night. We have had a strong relationship with them for more than 3 months now. If you haven't heard of us yet, just look on the forum for someone typing something like (expletive deleted) Pirates, or (expletive deleted) Planet Stealing Illegitimates. That's probably about us. Battle and Trade pacts so we really can help them out when they need it.

PS: Just reread the original note, and a few things have happened since then:
- Romanoid moved up from Starbug to Red Dwarf, so that promotion thing is real
- Base is Level 5 and going nicely
- 60% of our members are over rank 200, >20% are rank 300+, and there's a fistful over rank 400
- we stuck the base thingys back on

Oh and Joseph - have a chat to RADMO and Smash about Red Dwarf. They are both Dwarven alumni.

Why go there when you can come the Plan 9 with this level 5 base. Since Red Dwarf disabled a non finished product I would put a guarantee that they could not touch this one now.

Couple of inactives recently means we have a spot or two open for an active player of decent rank, and by decent I mean we are really looking for someone rank 300+ to help on base hits and bigger NPC shares (1/3 of the legion is > rank 300 at the moment and half are > rank 250).

We are a legion with worldwide membership, we have a lot of fun and help each other out, and we have some great pacts with other strong legions and are coordinating level 5 base hits on a more regular basis now so come join the fun.

Don't know where you're getting your information from but it seems that me and Prizmz ... have gone around the mountain disabling each other ...
smashing is actually not an accurate word ... I would wipe my mouth with toilet paper if I were you and stop sharing inaccurate information.
Yes I was attacked by the singularity but that was two years ago when I was a new player And I was attacked by six members at once. Disabling four of them I should add ... I am Currently at Rank 1320. with two years of experience..

hopefully I will see you on my battle tab.. Then you can test my resolve.

p.s. I usually don't attack unless provoked.. but in this case I will consider it being provoked..
