I've been playing GL for more than 4 months now, and would like to join a legion that offers and also would help me in the followings:
-base production over 20k atleast, possibly RP and AP too, but pure AP is good too, i'm fine even if it would be 100k {jk}
-get silver badges, a lot(till now i couldnt gather silvers for atleast one surge plexus)
-frequent elite/rare npc shares, im kinda lacking of those drops
-kickball planet possibility(i can live w/o that too, but could invest the green badges)
-overall great ppl and atmosphere{wouldn't expect such if i wouldn't be the same too}.
-letting my pvp carrier to be continued

-later might change to Zol sab or a kronyn, or maybe a drannik, we'll see what the time will bring
-just till now, help legion mates whenever possible

-remaining active just as always.

Well to put it easily we fit all your requirements but one, the football is something we gave up on a while back, MLP made it too hard to continue .

-But seriously we get 24k of artifacts, and a little bit of research on the side. Soon to be 50k as we're making a huge push towards level 6 with only energy left.
-We are avid base fighters, constant locks, and we're looking towards taking on some level 5's soon with some allies.
-We of course get many elite shares as you would expect with more people starting to NPC meaning even more alerts.
-Our player base is fantastic and just won't SHUT UP!
-As for PvP, although we don't state it per se, we are an avid PvP legion, I mean don't get me wrong, we welcome all play styles but PvP is what we encourage people to do when they first start and we have bonuses for reaching milestones. Oh and we don't mind following up on alert either .
-We are consistently 20-25 ranks above our rank rating in strength and we're not even near full capacity, in other words we train some elite ships here.
-Your ship looks darn decent as it is but like I said we have coached some amazing ships and we could help your get even better, with a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Other than that, we are a laid back legion in terms of rules, we have one which is pretty easy to follow, just don't be a d*ck .

That is an old message, what we mean is we try and steer away from conflict on a legion-wide level so that our lower rankers are allowed to build up their ships in peace as we don't think it'd be alright to drag people into fights they are not a part of. But don't worry we have no quarms with both backing up alerts and annoying other legions if that's what your into.

thx for clarifying that, also i agree with that, that would be a waste of resources, patience and maybe a reason for them to leave.

hehe, i'm that type of man who likes to clarify things for almost anyone, anytime. in that moment i feel good when he/she is fully aware. but sometimes however i almost loose myself in describing it as a whole, cuz i don't want to neglect any aspect of it that could make it even a bit different. Also this is the main reason why i mostly write in half page phrases
