He has been kicked from Space Spartans for multiple planetary thefts. He just stole and fluxed a planet I sold to a visitor. In addition, he tends to beg for resources without being much of a help to a legion.

Yeah, to quote Kue, "damn some one else got that very massive planet and fluxed it with the planet flux". Remember everyone, when you flux away a planet and it's already been alerted, people can still target the planet. Kue you were caught in a lie trying to steal a planet and then claiming someone else fluxed it away..... I hope you get zeroed and blacklisted from all legions.
