Hello, sure my level don't help me much but I was reading on the forum and planning my ship build long enough. Now all I need is a legion with an artifact base. Shipement of 20k artifact per day would be nice but I will take what I will get.

honestly when you start off research is best, artis become more important later on try Omega Legion
Omega Legion is the training and sister legion of Alpha Legion and Omicron Legion. Omega has a level 5 research base that is always going to be 100% even distributed. Omega is a great place for new players who want to join a strong system and for veteran players looking for a laid back enviornment.
Some benefits of Omega are:
- a level 5 research base
- base battles atleast twice a day against 3s 4s and sometimes easy 5s
- a theory lab with discoveries still to be made (great if u need the medal)
- access to a facebook group shared by all 3 legions with play guides, and an active chat with members who are always willing to help you out in whatever way possible
- support for ANY play style
Omega right now is looking for active members to boost comm and group chat. Officer spots are open to players who go above and beyond expectations

On my ship build research is not a priority at all.

Research is actually very important for any shipbuild, in order to do almost anything you will need researchable modules of some kind

Research does play a minor role in the ship build I did but not enough to be my priority.

artifact is important but good research early on also helps a ton. and omega is a good place for anyone and joining will give you access to resources of a 3 legion empire and the knowledge preserved in our group page and private forum.

I would be interested in joinning your legion but without the bonus artifact from base my build will not work as fast.

I'm not in Omega so i wouldn't know but someone from my legion went down to help out yesterday, i know it was in discussion not sure if it happened but i think an artifact module was built on the base (wouldn't give a ton but some) not 100% sure though...

Join the Sith Acolytes, we have a lvl 5 research base. We have a great and active team that will teach you the ways of PvP and the Sith.
We are also a training legion for the Sith lords who have a lvl 6 Artifact base. So do well with the Acolytes you will move on to the Sith lords.

Well, The Invisible Storm has a split research/artifact base. We're relatively new, so our base remains at level 4, with just energy to go.

We're quickly growing though, and should be level 5 relatively quickly.

Try 5000yearleap we are level 5 closing on 6. We have a tight group and half the ctl recipes. We are primarily artifact with a little research. If not you can try Crimson Corporation they are level 6 but do % split on weekends.

For you, our only downside is that you will get 10k arti points instead of the desired 20k. But we do have ~25k Research to give out as well.
