you should include whether your base production is an even split or contribution based split, what your overall base resource production is, how many members you have and any kind of rules that you intend to enforce.

also might wanna include if there's any chance for promotion for those who excel (but you don't wanna promote people to quick, a quick look at the legion forum will prove this )

Like i said my legion is pretty new so the base is not so impressive however i am working on it as far as members I got two others i presume new to the game as far as base production i am thinking at first just even split then later on based on contribution would be fair, rules and all that stuff i think of when my legion gets to a certain point

I would like to announce to all those interested in earning resources or artifacts

to help jump start my legions base upgrading im thinking for no more than 4 to 5 people with a energy out put of at least 400 to join my legion and contribute all you can Id be willing to compensate with payment of a certain arti or minerals or maybe bolth upon negotiation as far as exotic matter that would be good as well when we get to that part, you may leave whenever you wish or stay doesnt matter to me

Trust me with contribution your legion will not get many members, best idea is to put it on even split. Making the promise of better production from a higher level base the main reason to contribute.
