*A membership base that focuses on activity rather then just rank. We DO NOT allow members to hide behind the Ni banner and not back up the legion

Rank requirements:
400+: must be active and have decent PvP stats
300-400: must have Excellent PvP stats and may need to change profession to one needed by the legion
250-300: Must have outstanding PvP stats and be willing to switch to a profession needed by the legion
