just looking for a place i can kick up my feet and play the game without much hassle.

Delta Surfers my friend. We got all those covered.
Very chatty, active all day and we have a group chat which never shuts up
Missions? Knock yourself out because we do pretty much everything.
npcs all day everyday. At my rank I see around 10-20 alerts.
We hit levels 3-5 everyday with a fantastic battle group that is very well organized.
If you need anything, we can provide it. Credits, artis, planets. We have several very efficient traders.
We also provide 48K artis a day from our base.

Try Conquerors of Infinity, plenty of base battles (level 5s + with Lords of Infinity) plenty of npcs and a great bunch of ppl, we also have plenty of sabs to co-ordinate planet invasions. We are a growing legion with many ranks similar to yours, anyway give us a try. Also a lvl 6 artifact base, hovering around 40-45 on the leader-boards

sounds like you're looking to join Galactic Alliance! we're laid back but high ranked, number 20 on the leader board, we have great players who love to play but aren't "hardcore"
we do occasional level 4 and 5s but nothing crazy like 2 level 5s and a level 6 every day, and we're talkative but not ridiculously so, but a nice legion chat nonetheless

we have a level 6 base that only needs a couple million energy to level up to 7, and it is now extremely well defended, which means you won't have to worry about lost base production(50K AP/day)

and speaking of bases, we have a CT lab with EVERY discovery and a universal service terminal
