I will start it off at 800 CTP but that will probably increase as I get members to contribute to the cause. Do you have a minimum bid on it?

I'm going into semi-retirement, and don't want to invest more into a game a see maybe once a day. So... I am offering up a level 4 base with 8 discoveries. If interested, let me know your CTP offer.
