While I love The Destroyers very much, I feel that for my personal growth I need to move to a bigger and artifact based legion.

Requirements:
CT Lab - Preferably have Velox Thruster, and preferably the Phasic Chain Ionizer/Thermionic Intensifier
Base - Artifact based, preferably ~30k.
Average Rank - Preferably around 200, so that I'm not out of range of others.
Average Strength - Preferably good in proportion to the average rank
NPC Alerts are a must.

Most offers would be considered.

CT Lab - Have the Thermionic Intensifier but no Velox Thruster (yet)
Base - Artifact based, we get 46.7K (but Mento disabled us a few days ago so it dropped)
Leaderboard - We're in the 80's
Average Rank - Most people are 200+
Average Strength - Higher than our rank score
Base Battles - Frequent and easy
NPC Alerts - Alot (around 10-20 a day)

lol did u say sab well then Conquerors of Infinity is for you as for your requirements we dont have the velox but as for the rest of your requirements we meet if not exceed them.Our base is lv6 and gives 45k arties and we are currently 39 on the leaderbourds and our avg rank is 246 and i kno u dont care much for base battles but im sure daily lv5 and the occasional 6 and 7 sure fill the spot and as for NPC`s its the next best thing we do after taking planets so to sum it up we are an active chatty legion that has big goals and your welcomed to join in on the ride and hope to see u soon

Give Stormkyn Alliance Legion a look, 22nd on rank and 16 on strength leaderboards, lvl 6 base pumping out arts.
Nice bp group, we do 3 bases a day ( lvl 5-7 included a few times a week) and a bunch of planet and npc shares (over 25+ alerts per day).
The ct-lab has both planet making arts and the velox, we have 15 discoveries (missing the aegis and the concord station amongst others) but you can jump freely from the main legion to the 5 sister legions who have the missing ct-lab designs.
The comms are active throughout the day, so you will always have people online no matter what time of the day it is.
Avg rank is 374 while the avg Strength is 11333, we are one of the few top 50 legion with less then 50 members.

The Sith Lords. Unfortunately in terms of Veloxes and Phasic Ionizers, our CTLab kind of hates us. In terms of strong ships for our rank (Average Rank: 201, Average Strength: 5089), well, we're on the Strength boards but we generally hang around 60 on the Rank board. Not rank 200 so I can't say, but I'm pretty certain Elites are popping up all the time. The base pumps out 50-55k AP/day, so no worries with the production.

The people are great and the comm is pretty chatty, plenty of members who love it here (myself included)!

Galactic Alliance has an Artifact production Base, all the CT Lab discoveries, and a lot of NPCs.

Talon Company gives over 50k a day and has the intensifier discoveries that you were looking for... we meet almost every requirement o your list (except for the thruster)...so come join us today

gotta give a thumbs up to Conquerors Of Infinity! They are growing very quickly and moving up the leaderboard extremely fast.

If they are not for you though, come try Sons Of Infinity. Our average rank is around 175 right now, almost on the top 50 leaderboards.
Level 6 base with over 50k artifacts evenly distributed to everybody daily. Good amount of npc alerts, and a good amount of ships at rank 200-300 for alerts at your rank also.
Obviously part of the Infinity franchise which now boasts LOI, a level 7 base and in the top 10 legions....Conquerors Of Infinity, a level 6 base in the top 40 legions.....Ancient Untouchables, nearly a level 6 base that is hovering right at the top 50 lately....and of course us at level 6 base and nearly to the top 50 as I mentioned. Quite an impressive team to say the least, and not many bases are out of our range of defeat.
