I have access to a level 6 base producing RP and wondering if some of the smaller legions would consider joining me in this new legion? |

Well since the founding owner is quitting Galaxy Legion and is giving away or selling his planets, I offered to buy the legion from him, Legion in question is Pandemic Legion but I think I will be changing the name |
