to talk to leaders of small legions that are struggling to thrive. We have a level 4 base that kicks out 5 digit artifacts a day. Arties make you strong, and that's a good thing. If you haven't figured that out yet, let us show you why.

Most small legions don't have much forum presence, most you can really do is farm the search legion tab and hope they don't have their base built, once it is they get too attached.
