As the title says, we at The Order Of The Phoenix have 30 members and want a full legion, (preferrably rank 50+ members, but would take lower ranks and train) we also have a lvl 5 base focused on research paying 21k research per member. We have 7 CTL discoveries, we have almost max hull just 4 mods away. We have good leaders, we look out for all our members. So are there any small/ish legions out there willing to merge or want to merge.
