i know lots of legions make research and artifacts but.....does no1 have a income based on minerals ? comment what you think of this subject and if your legion makes minerals comment i have never seen1 in all the legions iv been in

It's kinda pointless, because some of it would just be used to pay upkeep on the base

It's because mining planets are very common, whereas artifact of research planets aren't. Which is why most people say when you use your base for minerals that it's a bad idea.

it's kinda funny though..not only are the mining structures the easiest to get(they're first in the line) they're RIDICULOUSLY cheap, while the +110 artifact and research structures both cost 10B CR each, the +110 mining cost 6,000 CR and 500 EM, I mean are you kidding me? NOTHING is that cheap haha, and yet NO ONE ever buys it  (but I won't mention how a level 6 mining base would give 2B credits to every player above rank 300 each day)

Cuz 2bil per day is not even half my upkeep. Where 40k arti points is going to increase your ships everything by a few points every day

It's just not enough. Think about it...
For me, personally, at 1.8k/hour I get some 700M+ (I haven't recounted since I got my mining up from 1.5k, as I still need improvement before Fermionic...) each. 20k/day would be less than half of that. Sure an extra 3-400M each day would be nice but... ehhh. What happens when you leave? A MP base would be like Sillixx...
Infact, tbh, RP bases are too for low ranks.

And then they become reliant on them, their own incomes become disbalanced because they become RP crazed.
Even for me, when I left from RP to AP base, it was a real shock because I was used to speeding through things, and my RP was low because I was just leeching off the base... when I changed, I had to bring my research up a hell of alot.
Also, I've seen people at low ranks with no chance of making their upkeep because of they have high RP and an RP base. It's just quite risky, frankly.

RP bases are great at the start. But as has been said literally thousands of time, Artifact equals longterm growth
