really? we have some rambunctious lower ranks...haha the higher ranks are a lot more chill lol, and we're the ones who do a lot of the major NPC hunting

Give Subspace Alpha a try, we are a relatively quiet legion in the top 20 legions, we have 3 spaces open atm. we also have a lvl 6 base with it producing over 2.4m research on evenly distributed for our smaller members.

Universal Defense Agency has everything you need. Our base is research focused and gives out 10,000 to each player a day.
We have 42 members, five are inactive but they have told us they will get on when they can. We have a FB group and we share NPCs and planets.
