I represent Outer Limits 2, a strong and reliable legion. We've been getting into base
combat more often to earn those silver badges, and would like to be able to share
our base locks with others. This will allow us to take on stronger targets, and we'd
appreciate you sharing your locks with us.

If you'd be interested in adding a base combat pact with us, post your legion name
and I'll send the request through. As there is a cap on how many pacts a legion can
have, please do not request one if your legion has less than ten members, or does not
engage in much base combat.

We would love another battle pact. Our legion isn't the strongest but we have 22 members. We are doing daily base battles also and can handle most lv3 by ourselves, but we like sharing :p
