I would like to thank the Galaxy legion team for creating this smart and competative game and thank you all for playing.

We have recently decided to create and develope legion on our own. Before I present you our agenda, organisation structure, some general rules and what we fight for, I would like to tell you about us. There are three of us and we are planning to become relevant factor in this game in next 24 weeks with full legion support and adeqate organising.

Before you decide to consider us I employ you to read the next details.


WHAT WE FIGHT FOR:

Andabel reckognises only peacefull solutions. We ask for packts and keep the promises. We profit together. Most of the support is apointed to the lowest ranked members in legion. Most support is asked from the highest ranked members in legion.

Our basic idea is that all the weakest members are supported by others all time to get advancement and get ranks. So when that member gets stable, strong and better, he will help other one. This way we intend to keep the wheel of mutual prosperity in constant progress and positive spin.

For example - if you are rank 3, you are to expect finacial support, advices, and military help but if you are on top of Andabel’s ladder you will dedicate your support to the lowest classified members. If any member that is provided with support stays on same rank for some time... he or she will be demoted and politely asked to leave his/her legion slot to other, more serious player.

To keep the prosperous progress of complete Andabel legion, we splited it in 5 equal wings (groups with 10 members each). Members will be informed and grouped, in so called WINGS during 9th week.

ORGANISATION STRUCTURE:

3 positions for LEADERS (LDs)

6 positions for OFFICERS (OFs)
Each officer will recieve equal group of members to be superior to. Each group is called WING and supports up to 10 members. Officer becomes responcible for his wing developement.

3 positions for PERSONAL OFFICERS (POFs) – NEW MADE POSITION IN ORGANISATION
We had reconsidered the available management principles and we have decided to make new position in our legion. After initial period of time each of LDs will determine his personal officer or POF. After recieving the promotion, POFs are going to keep their leading of wings responsibilities and will recieve some special tasks from leaders. Personal Officers are choosen to lead the whole legion and being the actual leaders of the whole legion.

They will be controlled by LDs only. POFs are going to keep the regular officer rank but they will pose the orders to all OFs and MBs.

40-50 positions for MEMBERS (MBs)
The legion will support up to as many member slots as needed to support our cause and actions.


AGENDA:

NOTE: we are now at our 7th week of agenda

1-8 weeks ------------ to reach 100th level for each leader (since new characters are created)
7th week ------------- announcing the open slots for legionares and organising the legion structure.
8th week ------------- finishing of gathering 2.500.000.000 credits for new members delopement.
8th week ------------- finishing 3 level base (only by three leaders contribution).
9th week ------------- each member will recieve 50.000.000 CR for developement from leaders.
9th week ------------- searching and declaring adequate officers inside the legion.
9th week ------------- organising the WINGS in legion and declaring the wing leaders.
12th week ------------ promoting 3 of 6 officers to POFs (personal officers that have more rights to officers).

Later agenda will be presented to the legionares of Andabel only by legion announcement each week.

We plan to establish and guide Andabel Legion to planned uprise and become the relevant factor in next 6 months. So after certain discussion we created new characters and started the legion developement. After active 6 weeks we all managed to get near 90th level as planned and lev3 base will be finished in less than 7 days.


some of general RULEZ:

1. There is no level limit to apply for legion slot
(you can be 1203rd, 203rd or 3rd level, there is no difference)

2. Player must remain active in order to remain in legion
(most profit and respect as well as support will recieve players with most frequent activities)

3. Contributes to Legion base are only allowed to LDs, POFs and OFs
(players with MB status can only give contribute to base when asked or approved by officer leading their wing)

4. All legionares must have Gallactic Commerce researched to avoid TARIFF payment on money transfer.
(it is pointless and forbiden to loose 20% of funds to taxes if there is legal way of funds transfer via legion base)

5. No legionare can brake pacts or treaties.
(disrespecting other legions and treaties made by Andabel leaders will be considered as act of treason)

6. Each MB of legion must guard only leaders planets except, POFs and OFs.
(leaders choose and announce players who will guard and protect their planets)

P.S.

This is some essential info regarding our plans. This way i open the gates for all players that will be able to support our ideology.

dude limiting the players from contributing to your base will hinder your development and keep ppl from applying to your legion, sorry to say

Thank you for the answer detregets. If you read the rule more carefully.... it says:

3. Contributes to Legion base are only allowed to LDs, POFs and OFs
(players with MB status can only give contribute to base when asked or approved by officer leading their wing)

This means that no investments in contribution are allowed until WINGS are formed. Of course, we have considered to allow the contribution, as soon as legionare is proven to be active one.

Even without participating in legion base building All resources of the base production are evenly split to all active members.
