I can recommend the legion I am in, The Sith Lords. We are all rather active, and the base pays out about two-thirds research, one-third artifacts (with a little bit of minerals on the side).

We require a combat reputation of "balanced" or better to be maintained (though I doubt you'd have a problem with that).

Equal split production on weekdays, and split by contribution on weekends (Friday through Sunday).

I'm sorry to hear that your current legion isn't going in the right direction. I would like to point out that our legion is only going up, and we're not stepping on anyone to get there either.

We offer a level 5 base that is a couple of weeks away from 75s and currently has 7 production structures on the base (4 research 50s and 3 artifact). Our fully extended base provides more than adequate protection for your production, and our very active members- 40+ online every day.

We have several players who focus in NPC as well as several players who are pvpers. We wont start a fight, but we will finish one. Our pacts with top legions allows us the privilege of fighting in level 5 bases regularly.

Why not hook up with Wrath of Baal? We are a new legion, with an older level 3 base. We are just getting started, which gives lots of opportunity for promotions and you will be one of the more powerful players around, with an average rank of 148.

lvl 5 base giving resources active players experienced leaders and the support of all the Alliance legions

Crimson Corporation has a level 6 base, all but two discoveries in the ctl, starting to take on level 5 bases, plenty of planet sharing and npcs (4-5 and growing daily)

i noticed its easy to second guess what your all gonna recommend cause you all recommended your own legions lol

We recommend him to We Dont Exist because we WANT him in We Dont Exist. If he were less active, less productive, or otherwise for us to take in, Id recommend him to go somewhere else.

As it stands, we have 4 players (3 currently) on the leaderboards very soon, and tons of NPCers as well as bases smashed round the clock with the mentioned allies.
