Interstellar Regency is recruiting new members. We are looking for any [b:-]active[/b:-] players with a [b:-]level 20 minimum[/b:-] but naturally we would prefer a higher ranked member with a [b:-]decent combat reputation[/b:-]. Our [b:-]average rank is level 88[/b:-] with a [b:-]level 4 base[/b:-] soon to be level 5.
