You could check us out at Galactic Alliance. Level 6 Base, 3126 Research Points, 42995 Artifact Points per member per day. A lot of us focus on NPCs, but we always support the people who do PvP, and help out anyone who gets harassed. I'm rank 1071, so I can help out with most would-be problems. We share a lot of artifacts and stuff as necessary, I've probably given out 1K Cloning Pods since this new mission started.

Come check out The Sith Lords. The majority of the players here PvP at least a small amount, and especially at high ranks there are tons of NPCs to see. We have a level 6 artifact-focused base that will be switching to full-time even production on March 12th, providing each member with 50-55k AP/h.
