Have to agree with Mitch. The base is really good, but strongEST is debatable looking at some of the 5's our Alliance has locked.

the strongest possible lvl 5 has all syncoplating, all trans temp arrays, all quasi turrets OR all obviation shields.


with maxed out stats and that is us. joining us in the "strongest lvl 5" category is home one for sure and probably a few others, we are all equal the only difference is some of us chose max att,def,hull instead of max sh,hull,def or in other words Energy tank VS damage tank
